Welcome to the team, Claudia!

We have a new addition to the Storm team! We’re pleased to welcome our latest team member, Claudia, who will be joining us as our new marketing manager.

Claudia has just moved back to Bath after two years in London working in sales for an entrepreneurial focused Private Members Club. She has also been running her own e-commerce company for several years which stemmed from writing a blog.

Of course we have asked Claudia to tell us a few things about herself, so we can get to know her better:

Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of work?

Claudia: Outside of work you’ll find me cooking or dining out with friends. I’m a real foodie and believe it’s an experience best shared. Of course life is about balance, so you’ll also find me strolling around Bath in the evening soaking in this beautiful city.

If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Claudia: Seeing the Northern Lights is at the top of my travel bucket list. I’m mesmerised by the photos, so I definitely need to experience it in person. Otherwise you’ll find me content with anywhere that serves great food, has interesting history or a beautiful beach where I can sit and watch the sun set.

What is the most exciting or unusual thing you’ve ever done?

Claudia: When I was 19 I spontaneously flew to Australia to stay with a friend I met online. Of course we FaceTimed a lot before I booked my flights but there’s always the possibility of “stranger danger” when you meet up with people who you’ve met on the internet. If you were wondering how it went, we’ve seen each other four times since then.

What are you most looking forward to by working at Storm?

Claudia: The team seems really friendly so I’m looking forward to getting to know them as lock down eases and we can move back into the office. I’m also excited to find out more about who Storm is working with and what projects are unfolding.

Welcome to Storm, Claudia! We’re all looking forward to working with you.
