Two years ago we announced that we were going to plant a forest. There’s been a few hurdles along the way but we are now delighted to inform you that the Co-forest:Acorn’s planting season will begin this Friday, 27th November.
We’re kicking off the launch with a planting day for friends and family before companies grab their spades and start planting their pledges.
Other activities will consist of; marking out the footpaths that will eventually go through the woodland, strimming areas to be cleared for safer planting, preparing the new mobile site office and unpacking equipment ready for other planters.
After a long and educational process, we are so excited to see Co-forest come to fruition. Thanks to all of the amazing pledgers, we will be planting 10,000 trees this winter!
