The countdown to Christmas is on!
We hope you are all looking forward to Christmas and making the most of this exciting time of year.
Please be aware the Storm office will be closed from Thursday 19th December until Monday 6th January.
Whilst no general project work will be taking place during this time, we do still operate an emergency out of hours service for urgent assistance (e.g. down time, outages etc).
If something urgent crops up unexpectedly, all you need to do is email firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team will be in contact as soon as possible.
When emailing the emergency address please include the following:
- As many details as possible in respect of the problem / issue. Include screenshots, and/or steps to reproduce the issue where relevant.
- Details of your availability and contact details should we need to discuss the issue.
This will be the only contact address monitored throughout the Christmas break.
