On Thursday evening, David and Claudia head over to The Bristol Museum to celebrate the first Entreconf Awards. As you may know, we were proud supporters of Entreconf earlier this year and hosted a panel on collaboration.
Given how much we love to celebrate all things entrepreneurial, it made complete sense for us to be the drinks reception sponsor at the awards evening. We were welcomed into the museum with blue lagoon cocktails which matched the up-lighters, turning the venue Entreconf themed.
David and Greg had a five minute fireside chat in which David quoted Mike Wilsher. “If you form the plan with them, they won’t fight against the plan”. David went on to say that “With entrepreneurship, you want to bring people along on a journey and collaboration is the cornerstone of bringing people along with you on your vision”.
This conversation was followed by a two course dinner and then the highly anticipated awards.
There were 18 categories up for grabs and there were 18 very deserving winners including the first Entreconf, Entrepreneur winner, Martin Bysh from Huboo. You can see a full list of winners here.
