A hugely successful, socially distanced evening for Storm

Last Thursday some of the Storm team had a socially distanced gathering to celebrate the Creative Bath Awards. With a table full of sourdough pizzas and a few bottles of bubbly, we were well underway for a great evening.

It’s no secret that Bath is filled with amazing talent and it’s always inspiring to be reminded of the talent this city has to offer.

We were shortlisted in the Founder/ Entrepreneur, Website and Agency categories and up against some tough competition.

We are delighted to announce that our CEO David took home the ‘Founder/ Entrepreneur’ award. The judges had this to say about him:

“David’s passion for Bath is evident from Storm Consultancy’s launch 10 years ago at Bath University. His highly thoughtful approach to business is also shown by the success of Co-forest.”

As Storm enters its 11th year of business, this is a huge credit to David’s work in Bath over the years, and as a team we’re really proud of him for securing this title.

We also won the award in the ‘Website’ category for our work on Brevio.

“Brevio is revolutionising the grant-making sector for charities. Mere sketches 12 months back, now it’s a standardised approach, launched five months early to help with the current crisis.”

Congratulations to the team at Storm who worked on Brevio and brought their product to life. We would also like to thank Brevio for choosing to work with us on this world changing project and making this award possible. You can read more about our work with Brevio here.

Unfortunately we didn’t win the ‘Agency’ award but it went to our very deserving neighbours, bind media.

Congratulations to all the finalists and winners of the evening. We want to say a huge thank you to Creative Bath, who in a Covid era, still managed to produce a seamless and entertaining evening all from a laptop screen.
