What are the Bath Life Awards?
The Bath Life Awards are the business highlight of the city. They are the most prestigious, tightly contested Awards in Bath with the greatest number of local companies involved. Taking place on 1st March 2018 at the beautiful Assembly Rooms, the winners will be chosen by a panel of independent and impartial judges. There’ll be glitz, glamour, music and 500 people coming together for a huge celebration of the top businesses in Bath.
Why were CiteAb shortlisted for an award?
CiteAb provides the life science industry with a cost and time efficient method of acquiring vital antibody information for research. Thus, enabling life science companies to make better business decisions using correct and quality research data.
The success of CiteAb means they are currently saving the life science industry an estimated $1 billion a year!
CiteAb really is a true Bath-based success story. As the original brainchild of Dr Andrew Chalmers, a senior lecturer in the Department of Biology and Biochemistry at the University of Bath, CiteAb was also created by the team here at Storm. After spotting the huge potential of the idea, Storm not only built this innovative technology but invested in CiteAb as a partner. The majority of the team at CiteAb are even made up of Bath University graduates. A real Bath business through and through!
