Accessibility Audits
The UK Government has recently announced stricter standards when it comes to accessibility for public sector websites. To help you meet these new standards, we’re giving away 2 accessibility audits. We’ll thoroughly review your website, identify any accessibility issues, and provide a clear plan to improve your site. Find out more about our audits.
Digital Strategy
Digital strategy is having a plan that outlines how an organisation will use technology to improve its performance and gain a competitive advantage. In these sessions, activities might cover:
- Strategic alignment – understand existing organisational strategy, map your existing digital strategy against this and prioritise.
- Audience mapping – understand who your end-users / beneficiaries are, collaboratively define their characteristics and develop proto-personas.
- Stakeholder mapping – understand who your key internal stakeholders are, collaboratively define their characteristics and develop proto-personas
- Business model canvas – understand your commercial / revenue model and map all relevant aspects of your business operations.
- Service blueprint – understand the high-level digital service delivery, highlight pain points and opportunities to improve.
- Competitive analysis – desk research to understand your immediate competitors, identify digital innovation inspiration from other case studies within the third sector.
- Remote interview with subject matter experts – to understand and validate opportunities for innovations.
- Recommendations – final session / deck with prioritised, compiled recommendations to inform your innovation roadmap.
Marketing Strategy
In a time that’s particularly competitive for gathering donations, your messaging needs to be clearer than ever. Marketing is a key element to every business and charity and it’s vital that you stay on top of the game. A lot of charities have small marketing teams and limited resources and sometimes it’s helpful just to have some time to bounce ideas around with a fresh pair of eyes. This service will cover the following:
- Marketing website analysis
- Social Media Analysis – Going through your social media and discussing a content plan and offering advice on your account management
- Other general marketing activities your charity is currently doing and new areas to explore
- Target market profiling
- Goals and KPI (Key performance indicators) assessment and measurement
- Spending distribution for marketing
