Our Culture

Togetherness.

We’re a tight-knit group here at Storm, somewhere between the Avengers and the Addams Family. Everyone is equal but expertly posistioned, and that’s the way we like it.

1.

Be social.

Hi, hello, whassup! We’re a small team so get to know everyone. Learn what their strengths are, how they like to work and make…

2.

Collaborate.

No matter who you are or what your role is at Storm, your ideas and opinions are important to us. Great work comes out of even better teamwork.

3.

Feedback.

Replace “na…i’m not sure..” with “great, what could work even better is some XY&Z. What do you think?” Make sure your feedback is valuable.

4.

Look out for clients.

Established or startup, clients trust us to have their best interests at heart. We should look out for our clients like we look out for eachother.

5.

Be present.

It’s the little things. Be on time, be prepared and be present. You don’t get a second chance for a first impression, so let’s start as we mean to go on.

6.

Love what you do.

You’ll be in the studio 5 days a week, so you gotta enjoy yourself. Bring your expertise, knowledge and passion everyday and we’ll do the same!

Mindsets.

Happiness and success depends on mindset and attitude. We’re not that old but we like to think we’re a little wise.
