Christmas Opening Hours & Emergency Service

Only a few days left to go!

We hope you are all looking forward to Christmas and making the most of the last few days of work.

Please note that the Storm office will be closed from Thursday 20th December until Wednesday 2nd of January.

Whilst no project work will be taking place during this period, we will be operating an emergency out of hours service for urgent assistance (e.g. down time, outages etc).

If you do require assistance, all you need to do is email emergency@storm-consultancy.com and a member of our team will be in contact shortly.

When emailing the emergency address please try to include the following:
  • As many details in respect of the emergency problem / issue as possible. Include screenshots, or steps to reproduce an issue where relevant.
  • Details of your availability and contact details should we need to reach you in respect of the emergency.

This will be the only contact address monitored throughout the Christmas break; personal and general email addresses will be in use again from Thursday 3rd January.
